Kirandeep Hayar, Nursery Manager
My name is Kiran and I am the Manager of North Harrow Nursery.
I have been in the world of Early Years for over ten years now, having joined the North Harrow Nursery team in 2020. I have worked in various roles and settings over the years ranging from preschool room leader to Deputy Manager and Nursery Manager too before my journey brought me to the wonderful setting I call home now – North Harrow Nursery!
After spending my spare time working towards completing my Early Years Degree, I am confident in my ability to keep up the high standard of quality and care we provide for your children here at North Harrow Nursery. With the support of our wonderful team, I hope to continue to provide an encouraging and positive environment where each child can build their confidence and independence at their own pace.
The wonderful team here at North Harrow are nothing short of outstanding. I am so incredibly proud to be leading such a creative, diverse, and positive team of practitioners, whilst also collaborating with our wonderful families on providing outstanding care for all your children.
I look forward to meeting you all and showing you around this fantastic environment!

Each member of staff is a key person for a specific group of children who will support each child to settle when they start. During their time in that unit the key person will observe your little one carrying out assessments to track development and progression. The key person is also there for you as parents, to liaise regularly and work alongside you in partnership.
A team of bank staff who are familiar with the routines, the children and the team will work to cover staff absences and holidays; this ensures the continuity of care for our little ones and the parents.
